The leadership of IHA is rich in knowledge and experience in healthcare delivery, which uniquely positions the Institute to fulfill its commitment of advancing healthcare delivery. IHA's founder, Dr. Albert E. Barnett, founded the Southern California Friendly Hills Healthcare Network, which during his tenure was considered one of the most innovative integrated healthcare delivery networks in the United States.
IHA's Officers and Board of Directors have all been selected for their excellence in healthcare practice, operational and administrative ability. Several have earned national recognition.
